Overview

This website is operated by Viora Collectibles LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. "We," "us," and "our" mean Viora Collectibles LLC. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.

Products

We work hard to show every product accurately. Colors and sizes may look slightly different on your screen. Graded cards are shown with photos of the exact card you will receive.

Graded cards

Grades are assigned by independent companies such as PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC. We do not assign or guarantee grades. You can verify a PSA card using its cert number on psacard.com. Viora is not affiliated with any grading company.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed with the wrong price or details, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and purchase limits

We are collector-first. To keep products in the hands of real collectors, we may limit quantities per customer, household or payment method. We may cancel orders that appear to be placed by bots or for resale. Canceled orders receive a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Discount codes

Discount codes are one use per customer unless stated otherwise. Codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and may end at any time.

Text messages

If you sign up for texts, you agree to our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Reviews and photos

If you leave a review or send us photos, you allow us to show them on our site and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive or off topic.

Trademarks

Viora and the Viora logo belong to Viora Collectibles LLC. Pokémon, sports leagues, teams and grading companies are trademarks of their owners. Viora is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Prohibited use

Do not use the site for anything illegal. Do not try to hack or disrupt it. Do not use bots or automated tools to buy products.

Disclaimer

Our site and products are provided as is. We do not promise the site will always be available or error free. Trading cards are collectibles, and we make no promise about their future value.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Viora Collectibles LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims against us caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
